HCHF and Baku Multiculturalism Centre Sign MoU to Advance Human Fraternity

Abu Dhabi, UAE / Baku, Azerbaijan – The Higher Committee of Human Fraternity (HCHF) and the Baku International Multiculturalism Centre (BIMC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), strengthening their commitment to advancing the values of coexistence, dialogue, and human fraternity.

The MoU was signed by H.E. Ambassador Dr. Khalid Al-Ghaith, Secretary-General of the Higher Committee of Human Fraternity, and Mr. Ravan Hasanov, Executive Director of the Baku International Multiculturalism Centre. The MoU builds on the Abu Dhabi Document on Human Fraternity, signed in Abu Dhabi in 2019 by His Holiness Pope Francis and His Eminence the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Ahmad Al-Tayyeb. This historic declaration continues to inspire global initiatives promoting coexistence, mutual embrace, and human fraternity across cultures and societies.

The Baku International Multiculturalism Centre is a prominent institution devoted to fostering intercultural education, research, and awareness on the importance of cultural and religious diversity. By joining forces with HCHF, the Centre reinforces its commitment to encouraging dialogue and building inclusive societies rooted in mutual understanding. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Al-Ghaith and Mr. Hasanov emphasized that the partnership reflects a shared vision to promote coexistence, deepen cultural exchange, and strengthen global efforts to advance the values of human fraternity. Together, this MoU expands the network of organizations that are partnering the Higher Committee of Human Fraternity to create impactful initiatives that nurture respect, coexistence, and mutual embrace among people worldwide.
